We are excited to announce the arrival of a new book that brings together poetry, short prose, and visual art created by people with disabilities.​ The editorial team composed of members of DEAN received more than 260 submissions! In the end, and after some difficult decisions, we were able to include about 36% of total submissions in the book. 50 authors – 25 women and 25 men – are represented in: (Dis)Integration: Buffalo Poets, Writers, and Artists 2017.

Please join us for the first of what will be several events to promote our new book! We will be gathering at 5 PM – 7 PM at Starlight Studio for a happy hour launch party on Friday, November 3. Free refreshments will be served and some of the authors will be reading their work! All contributing authors will receive a free copy of the book.
