Lecture: Aaron Schuster, “All the World’s a Whorehouse: Genet’s The Balcony as a Theory of Trump”

The Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Culture is pleased to welcome Aaron Schuster to UB. Dr. Schuster is a former Fellow at the Center for Advanced Studies, Rijeka, Croatia and at the Institute for Cultural Inquiry, ICI Berlin. He is currently the Head of the Theory Program at the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam. His most recent book, The Trouble with Pleasure: Deleuze and Psychoanalysis, was published by the MIT Press in 2016.
