The UB Humanities Institute organizes and sponsors a variety of programs throughout the academic year.
Scholars @ Hallwalls
These ~monthly presentations feature one HI Faculty Fellow’s research in an engaging lecture with lively follow-up conversation. Talks are held on Friday afternoons (4 pm) at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center, and are free and open to the public.

New Faculty Seminar Series
The 2023-24 New Faculty Seminar Series features new scholars in the humanities to the University at Buffalo. These brown bag lunch sessions are free and open to the public.
